Really enjoyed the Radio Frequency treatment on my arms.
Will be maintenance going forward. I can definitely see an improvement. Nice premises, very easy to park, the quieter end of town as well (avoiding traffic)

I had my first ever Thai massage today.
I had been moving house and needing a chance to relax and de stress my muscles.
Initially I was very nervous and unsure what to expect. But Apuii was welcoming and kind, her technique and knowledge is next level, the way that she describes anatomy and physiology and provides ongoing treatment or self help techniques.
I am very much looking forward to a repeat visit!!
